Subject: CLARIFICATION ON OUT-OF-COUNTRY COVERAGE FOR HEALTH PLAN MEMBERS.

Dear District Presidents and District Health Representatives,

Recently, RTO/ERO Health Plan Members received correspondence from Johnson Inc. outlining the types of coverage they have within their Plan.

Beside the item called "OUT OF COUNTRY", it lists "No Coverage", which suggests that members do not have any travel coverage, which is erroneous. Members within the Extended Health Plan receive coverage for an unlimited number of trips up to 62 days in duration.

The item should have been listed as "SUPPLEMENTAL OUT OF COUNTRY" coverage, which, of course, is optional.

We wanted you to be aware of this in the event you receive inquiries from members within your District.
